If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund, credit or replacement. You must call immediately if your package is damaged or missing items upon receipt. (See list of non-returnable items below.)
Please follow these 3 easy steps to return an item:
Step 1
Call us at 877-937-4668 or email service@theshotshop.com. We will issue you an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Write the RMA number on the label when you return the merchandise.
Step 2
Pack up the product to be returned and fill out the return form you received with your order.
Step 3
Drop off the package at your shipper’s location.
Products and packaging must be returned in unaltered condition.
You may be charged up to a 25% restocking if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition. You will be reimbursed for the shipping charges for non-defective items that were shipped to you in error. If you are returning an item that was not shipped to you in error, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Generally, there is a restocking fee of 15% for returned items that are not defective.
The following products are non-returnable:
- DVDs
- Ammunition
- Electronic items, including red-dot optics
- Limited Quantity and Sale Items
- Used Items, that are sold-as-is
- Books
Some products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires the item to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. We do not accept returns on those items if they are defective or damaged.
